The role of the parents

Parents play an integral role at Waldorf schools. Waldorf education is a com-munity with the school and families committed to the singular goal of provid-ing the best possible education for the children.

Participation

There are many opportunities for parents to participate actively in school life. Organising festivals and events, participating in educational work groups or becoming involved in school committees to name but a few examples.

Parent Body - College de parents - ElternKonferenz

Each class elects two parents to represent them in the “College de parents.” It acts as a consultative body to the school’s board and teachers committees on all matters relating to school life.
